I have to say, this was a page that didn’t look like it would come together until the very last minute, but I guess I made it after all. Who’d have thought? And wouldn’t you know, Lt. Col. Zaballa is back on the scene. That’s the thing about a “cast of thousands,” it can sometimes seem like you’re losing track. But everyone has their role to play in all this.
Anyway, last week being verbose, I’ll let this week be short and sweet. I’m tired out and ready to just leave it all in the hands of the Almighty, at this point. So until next week, folks, all the best!
Looks like somebody’s in trouble.
I like Zaballa’s pistol. He also didn’t hide behind is power-armored men and took part in the defence.
Maybe this has a chance to end well.
This is sad considering Zaballa was trying to stop the fighting befor it spiraled out of control. Hopefully the Colonel hasn’t done anything rash considering what they have cooking in their lab.
Reguarding the previous page, I didn’t want to interrupt the discussion going on there, but the guy with the gun is not in the service I was in. I specifically asked about this scenario going in. The protocol is, obey the officer in front of you, when the other one one comes back and asks why you are not doing it their way, you tell them you were ordered to do so by Oficer Xyz. They can order you to go back to doing it their way, and you will. Ideally they hash it out. The real key is if they are part of your command structure. Otherwise you are disobeying an order of a superior officer. It doesn’t usually come to that, but you must follow the order, because you have no way to know if the earlier and higher officer in this case is aware of the change or not. It is not your place to question, just to do.
You should have just kept killing them!
