Sidestepping the problems of pure fusion for the moment, another piece of the puzzle falls into place. So to speak.
I’m going to be brief this time, given that I’m still on vacation, and actually drew this page on the road. I hope everyone enjoyed their holiday, or if they didn’t celebrate one, their week of late December. I, personally, did celebrate Christmas, and had a very lovely time with family and friends. And with New Years approaching, I’m still enjoying another week of vacation, rare as it is for me these days.
And so I’m going to get back to it! Until next week, folks, all the best from my secure, undisclosed location! Peace, hope, charity, and best wishes for a New Year that, God willing, will see us make something better of the world than we have in the last one. Ever higher, folks.
Now it’s starting to come together. I commend you sir for having some excellent plot twists and meshing things together like you did.
Hope you have an excellent New Years from your secure bunker, and may this next year be a better one for us all.
I always promised I’d give answers. But it’s a pretty twisted story, I won’t lie. Little bits and pieces on all sides. But it’s the way I like it, so I hope you do too.
So Mike in a sense is a land-based version of a nuclear-missile-armed submarine?
seems that way
In a sense. More on this as the story develops. 😉
Meaning that not only is Mike ED-209, he’s also Metal Gear as well
“… and now MIKE knows all your secrets. And desires. What you did in the summer of 1988. Who really ate that last piece of cake. Where you like to be touched. That little sigh you do when you’re close…”.
Hey, what can I say? If Mike were reading MY memories, he’d better be getting ready to see some disgusting stuff.
Think Homeland Security has a similar metto regarding monitoring internet traffic.
Oh it’s probably worse than that. She most likely now understands that she’s the reason half the planet got nuked. She can’t be feeling good about that.
Mike should be following the advice my brother once gave me: “If you don’t want to see it, don’t look.”
I can’t see any problems with self-aware psychic robot tanks with magical healing powers, but if you expect me to just ignore the specific mechanism by which a particular sci-fi warhead subcomponent operates you are SORELY mistaken.
This is one bike-shed whose color I am not compromising on. 😉
😀
So perfectly reasonable, how can I object?
This seems a bit creepy now
Hahahahahah!
XD
