Thanks, Ulrich! It’s the first bit of 6-Commando drawing I’ve done in a long time and I’ll tell you it felt kind of right! It’s also the final transition for me from Photoshop to Affinity Photo and Designer, which is a big step because it’s all portable on my iPad now. There’s an ISBN number assigned, the printer is doing his assessment, it’s on the move man. So things are moving!

Size and format like the BattleTech Technical Manuals?
Similar – unfortunately I can’t afford a run that large, so we save that for the Director’s Cut, whenever that happens. This one will be 8″ x 5 1/2″ – so roughly Trade Paperback sized, turned on its side. Or “Garfield” sized, for those old enough to remember he old Garfield floppy prints.
I do and that will be perfect!

That’s going to be hard to pull off due to time and space constraints. Is there a general release or a way to reserve a copy? Not asking for a friend.
Haha, well I wouldn’t worry but if they positively fly off the shelf I’ll print more. I have yet to figure out how to get them to the public post-convention, but I’m looking into options, don’t worry.
Does this mean you’re going to season 2 now?
Well… Season 2 is already done. It’s Season 3 I’m thinking about. And yes, I’m planning to finish Season 3. That will be the series finale, as a matter of fact. It’s not happening the way it used to, mainly because it’s 12 years later and I’m working way, way more than I used to, so time is limited. But some way or another I will figure out how to finish the story.

You know it. Spent the weekend revising the proof to get rid of a whole bunch of margin errors, but I think we’re good to go now! And it’s definitely making me think I should get back to finishing this damn story already!
