I know the emotional tone of this comic is always dialled way, way up – kind of unavoidable with a drama based on nuclear war. But this is a brief moment I’ve been wanting to get to for some time. Who doesn’t have a fond memory of their beloved pet?
So this has been a hell of a week! An almost-literal last minute turnaround on our Kickstarter campaign not only met our funding goal of the the first-ever Spiderforest Webcomic Collective anthology, it allowed us to OVER-fulfill our goal by over 20%, allowing us to add two extra stories to the book, totaling over 20 extra pages! This is super exciting and we’re all really enthused about this! We’ll keep you posted on the next steps as we move forward on printing in the next month. Until then, thank you all for the support, financial and otherwise. It’s really been great and we are all working as hard as we can to make this the best book we’re able to.
So until next week, folks, all the best!
We’ll finally learn what happened to her father.
(Yes, I do have a memory for detail)
😀
Yeah, waaaaaaaay back in Chapter 2…
Hah, nice little detail with “minou”. It’s such a québécois thing to say.
😀
It’s a word I use, so it’s easy.
Those filthy commies better not have killed the cat.
You’d have to be a special kind of uncivilized to kill the cat. Ideology aside, I don’t think they’d needlessly kill a poor kitty like that.
What?!? The cat doesn’t get it own tag?!?!
I’ll see to that.
I see you changed it, nice.
It is a welcome tag ahah
At your service, naturally. 😉
Oh no, a serene and perfect looking childhood. Now I’m worried it’ll all come crashing down in the next few panels. Nina from FMA among others were painful lessons.
